What Happens to One of Us Happens to All of Us

Dear Reader,

I just have to say ... I was overwhelmed with gratitude by the responses that I received after my last writing. I think it hits a cord when we are vulnerable enough to be honest about what we are moving through! I know that I truly appreciate hearing those stories and perspectives from others - the stuff that makes us human.

As I continue to begin again, I have decided to reinvent the way that I communicate. Some of you want to read the long essays about my "ponderings" on life's transitions and grief and loss and death and dying, while others want to know more about upcoming circles and workshops and events and such.

This newsletter will be simpler, shorter, and focused on letting you know about the happenings that I have in the works - and I will always link to my Substack so that you have the option to hop over to read!

Long-form musings will now be on Substack. It's such a cool place! Substack will allow me to record podcasts, send audio content, and sink further into the long-form writing that I love. Substack also has such a great vibe ... like, there are nice people there wanting to learn and grow and there's much less toxicity and distraction than social media.

Reader - I am just learning how to do this, and there's no better way than to just get started. So, here is my latest writing about the idea that grieving together just might be one of the ways back to one another. I've written about this before, but gosh it's becoming so much more clear to me that we just were never meant to do this alone!

Check it out, if you wish (it's free! Substack has the option for folks to support writers for extra perks, but I'll always have free access to the essays themselves). You will see a mixture of "befriending grief" and "sacred turnings" - I'm still deciding how they fit together. :)

In this time of increasing division, let's remember that we belong to each other and that we are truly stronger, more resilient, and downright happier together.

Here with you,
