A six-week virtual circle for those grieving someone who died by suicide.
Some parts of suicide loss can be difficult to explain to someone who hasn’t lived through it. The questions, complexity, and emotions that can accompany this kind of grief can leave us feeling especially alone.
This six-week circle offers a compassionate space to gather with others who understand something of this particular landscape. Together, we’ll make room to share, listen, remember, reflect, and tend what we are carrying without judgment, advice, or any expectation to be somewhere other than where we are.
Circle Details
Thursdays, October 15 – November 19, 2026
(six weekly gatherings)
6:30–8:00 PM Central Time
Online via Zoom
Your registration includes the full six-week circle. Because trust and connection grow over time, this is a closed circle rather than a drop-in group, and participants are encouraged to attend all six gatherings whenever possible.
What to Expect
Our gatherings will include time for sharing and witnessing, gentle reflection, grief education, simple breath and embodied practices, remembrance, ritual, and quiet.
You never have to share more than feels comfortable. There is no right way to participate and no particular place you need to be in your grief.
Come as you are.
You don’t need to prepare anything before joining. After registering, you’ll receive everything you need to know before our first gathering, including the Zoom information and a few simple suggestions for preparing your space.
I look forward to welcoming you into the circle.
