Because losing a parent changes everything.

No matter how old we are, losing a parent shifts the ground beneath us. It can feel like losing a piece of ourselves, the foundation we once knew, or the person who was supposed to be there for all the milestones still ahead.

Grief after the loss of a parent is complex—whether the relationship was loving, strained, or somewhere in between. And while others may expect you to "move on," you know that grief doesn’t have a timeline.

Over six weeks, we will gather in a private, supportive space where your grief is welcome, in whatever form it takes. Here, you will be witnessed, not judged—by others who understand what it means to navigate life after this kind of loss.

What This Circle Offers:

💛 A Space to Share (or Simply Listen) – Share your story when and if you’re ready. No pressure. No expectations.
💛
A Place to Honor Your Parent – Because their impact doesn’t end with their passing.
💛
Topics Unique to Losing a Parent – Identity shifts, role reversals, unfinished conversations, and how to carry their love forward.
💛
A Community That Understands – The relief of being with others who “get it” without needing an explanation.
